Thank you for visiting my website. I strive to provide resources and products to help you make your mental health a priority every day. We get so busy with life's roles, responsibilities, and demands, that we neglect our very own needs and spend most days depleted, unhappy, and seeking the happiness we once had. 

My new guided journal, Mental Health Monday, will help you get back on track with putting yourself first, taking care of your mental health, and doing the work internally, so that you can show up as your best self in every room you enter.

I work with children (ages 5+), teens, and young adults up to age 25. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where kids and young people can:

  • Learn Healthy Ways to Cope with Stress, Anxiety, and Sadness

  • Build Confidence and Resilience

  • Heal from Difficult or Painful Experiences

Mental Health Monday is the guided journal for you! Derived from a need to feel good on Mondays when there is so much thrown at you in the workplace and society. This journal helps women like you to jumpstart your week and allow you to have a safe space to share every emotion you feel and release your reactions onto the unlined pages through doodling, writing, sketching, and more!

Get ready to do the work through journal prompts, Mental Health Monday reflections, scriptures, and more! My hope is that once you finish this guided journal you are evolving into a woman that puts herself first in every aspect of her life. Because you deserve to operate in your greatness.
